Di Worrall has over 20 years experience leading the design and implementation of strategic change. With local and international experience, Di specialises in linking strategic human resource management with the systems of change that align people and culture with business strategy. Di has worked in government and private sector companies in the Asia Pacific region across sectors as diverse as energy, financial services, water, transport, resources, environment, vegetation management, defence, tourism and property management.  Her change initiatives have impacted upon as many as 10,000 people. Together with specialised experience and formal qualifications in Change and Strategic Human Resources, Di also brings a depth of experience in strategic planning, corporate communications, executive coaching and development, stakeholder management, business unit and program management. She has worked with Managing Directors and CEOs as a senior executive as well as consultant.

Recognising that the implementation of change is more than simply good strategy, Di is a champion of creating opportunities for high performance. Utilising facilitation experiences and tools that drive performance excellence, Di enables organizations to access a culture of cohesive and accountable leadership, enhance individual and team learning, build stronger morale and achieve change resilience.
